Ron Rosenbaum
Managing Director and Co-Founder
Ron is our Managing Director and a founding member of the IT Agency. He leads our strategic direction and oversees our operations. Ron is a seasoned professional in the technology industry, with a strong background in business management. He’s instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success, and is known for his innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Growing up in Michigan, USA, Ron attended Western Michigan University where he studied Computer Information Systems, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. Since arriving in Australia he’s consulted with some of Australia’s leading organisations, including Westpac Bank, Optus Health, Sennheiser Australia, and Coca Cola Amatil.
He’s written a monthly technical article for APC (Australian PC) Magazine and Roam Magazine, and he’s served as a technical trainer for Microsoft and Novell certifications, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with others.
Ron is an active member of the local business community including the Sydney Hills Business Chamber, Chatswood Chamber of Commerce and North Sydney Chamber of Commerce.
Richard Grace
Director of Cyber Security and Co-Founder
Richard Grace is our Director Cyber Security and a founding member of the IT Agency. With a lifetime of experience in cyber security and risk management, Richard is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive cyber security strategies for all our clients. This includes developing leading edge approaches to safeguarding digital assets and ensuring robust security, business continuity and disaster recovery measures are in place.
Born and raised on Sydney’s North Shore, Richard’s career has taken him into leadership roles at Chase AMP Bank, Commonwealth Bank, The Reserve Bank of Australia, and AMP. After leaving the corporate world, Richard’s goal has been to bring enterprise level security to the SMB end of town. This mission to democratise IT is enabled by the extensive knowledge and experience he’s developed and fine-tuned over the years.
Richard is actively involved in the community, participating in industry events and sharing his knowledge through webinars and training sessions. This includes membership of the five-man advisory board on the SMB 1001 International Cyber Security Standard.
